Terms of Service

By placing an order on Cheezify, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Pricing

All prices displayed on Cheezify are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items based on milk yield and seasonal variations.

2. Delivery Acceptance

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive refrigerated items. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, redelivery fees may apply.

3. Order Cancellation

Retail orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled dispatch by contacting customer support. Once an order is with our cold-chain courier, cancellation is not permitted.

4. Intellectual Property

All imagery, recipes, product descriptions, and brand logos are the exclusive property of Cheezify.
